Bug 2082221: Revert unnecessary Formik validation change from #1420 in case it causes a regression #1426

Final followup for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2082221.

After discussing in more detail with @ibolton336, we think the change to Formik validation in #1420 could cause a regression of the bug from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2078459. Since the other changes in #1420 (blocking wizard navigation based on form values) effectively fix that bug even without touching the validation, it is safer to revert this change and revisit validation later if necessary.
