Get bound pod info [uid, name], include on pvc-data.json #10

This will allow for construction of 

# /var/lib/origin/openshift.local.volumes/pods/<pod-UID>/volumes/kubernetes.io~glusterfs/<pvc-name>/

This is working in both of my environments now.
