Run VSM VSB plugin only for a specified backup #233

Check that the backup name on VSB matches the current backup. Otherwise, if a VSB is not completed and thus not deleted, and a new backup begins on the app ns with existing Failed VSBs, the new backup will partiallyFail from timeout.
