Hi,

ASK FOR HELP!!! I'm running into below issue since 3/8, before that, the connector works fine. Error Message: Unable to determine the data source due to unknown functions. When custom connectors are used, the error can happen if gateway doesn't have the extension enabled. Details: Query contains unknown function name: PowerBIRESTAPI.Navigation. *Data source for Query1 Discover Data Sources image

I think the Gateway Connection didn't show up because of this errors, there is no option to configure the gateway image

The connector worked fine for almost 1 month but failed yesterday, I followed the MS documents to add the custom connector to gateway , I think all configuration are correct, not sure why it got above issue.... image image

Hey!

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over how the gateway handles custom connector or even how to debug those.

I'd recommend that you get in touch with the Power BI support team by creating a ticket to get to the bottom of it.

Sorry that I can't provide much more help.
