WPF version of ImageListView #142

Would be fine if you create WPF control from your ImageListView, i'm not 
talking on hosting your ImageListView in WPF application, but full WPF 
ImageListView control.

I would love to, but my WPF experience is exactly zero :) It would be great if 
someone would create a basic WPF fork and send me something to work on. I could 
take-on from there. Anyone up for this?
