Self-contained HTML export of query and results #6

It is already possible to export separately both the SPARQL query and the result set (at a certain point in time). It is also possible to share a workspace snapshot.

We now want to export as a self-contained HTML+SVG "package" (a single-file web page maybe the best option) that contains the query, in both visual and textual form, and the results in tabular format. It should be still possible from this generated web page to download statically the query as SPARQL and the results as JSON. There should be also links back to dynamic versions of the query, i.e. the query in SparqlBlocks online environment and possibly the query in YASGUI.
