Template imports

This PR does the following. They are all in separate commits so its easier to see whats happening if you go commit by commit.

• remove ember-cli-favicon (only way I could get it to install)
• updated husky (for some reason was unable to make commits, errored when calling lint-staged)
• Added dependency on ember-template-imports. Updated for linting and prettier
• converted all components to template imports
• converted tests to template imports (each test is a commit because some were a lot of changed)
• Fixed a bug with filter and totalRows. If renderTableElement was false, these did not work as they did not exists in the else. Not sure if you could add the modifier using the component helper. Changes to regular function as helper and removed modifier use. Only modifer use now is on column, which really could be a did-insert instead of a custom modifier.

Do you think we still need the runLoop stuff in tests? Seems that is no longer needed.

Rather than keep taking a shot in the dark (there are some outstanding issues for the CI I would need to ask), im just not going to attempt to update the CI til I hear from you.
