This adds a new sln and sample projects for iOS, Mac Catalyst and tvOS. There is a project file for macOS but I can't get it to compile due to type mismatches.
The samples need to be cleaned up a bit more since file storage locations and stuff are not the same for each of the platforms, but it's a starting point.
