Option to close a session, option to show status of a connection. #174

It is confusing that the only way to close a session is from "Sessions", or going back. Offer an explicit way, or do the session "pop out".

Also, might be useful to change the title for a session to indicate whether it is connecting, the host name, or disconnected.

Added a UI, not great, but works
