desktop notifications options #223

can we add options to select notifications which will be shown? I am testing it for a while and as I see it may be annoying to get all notifications from postboard when you do something or watch a movie. so I want to add 4 switches to desktop notifications module on options.html page for each type of them and, ideally, 1 all-in-one switch to userMenu-config-dropdown on most or even all pages where it is placed to quick switching on and off.
