Add repository URL to package.json for npm reference #1

Was directed to npmjs (https://www.npmjs.com/package/astro-tauri-app) on twitter (Tauri retweet). Couldn't find the repository until you had tweeted it.

This should add the link to the npmjs page (assuming you want the link on there, feel free to close if you don't)

I've just added a license field as well (based on the license file you've got in here), since I noticed that was missing as well.

A link to a repo, and a link to a license are probably the most important thing to decide whether I want to even npm i a library.
