Made changes in base.html and created a styles.css file for enhancing UI experience.

Unfortunately I cannot accept these changes. The goal of this repository is to support people who learn Flask with the Flask Mega-Tutorial. The code serves as a reference for the tutorial, so embelishements are out of scope.
