DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT file more duplicates of issue 3 (bluetooth
notifications not working).
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Nothing really, this seems to happen randomly even if phone is unused.
2. Pop up arrives every 3 times in a minute weather or not usage has been made.
3. Actual balance in account seems to be unchanged (checked with provider) but
pop up still appears like spam/virus showing different amounts being deducted
from account.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If only I send a msg or make a call I receive a pop up of remainder balance
left in my account. However, this time, it happens out of no where for no
reason. I have internet active which is a prepaid service. To be sure I even
called the service provider to make sure the balance notification was spam. And
yes it was. My account balance remains untouched but I still receive these pop
ups so often that it freezes the phone! I have to restart my phone every time I
want to use it!! I even tried an anti virus check and the phone is clean, took
it to a service center and deleted all apps and tried again but issue persists.
Anti virus was always there, even before the issue came up. Not sure how this
happened. Please help.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I’m using Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 - Version 1.6 Android (not mini phone, but
the big actual one).
Please provide the log output if possible (from the alogcat app on android,
Show Log menu on the multiplatform client, or Console on native mac app):
No log fine found for this issue.
