Notification received but not shown #358

I'm running Windows 7 x64.
The notification worked well some days ago, but now I can't get any 
notification from my PC.
After ping was sent from phone, the log on PC recorded that it truly received 
the notification, but just nothing showed on my desktop.
I restarted the application and checked notification setting on my windows but 
still not work.

Here is the log on PC:

It seems to be a problem of Windows.
After 3 hours, all notifications generated in these hours suddenly popped up 
one by one as well as some notifications from other applications.

was any progress or solution found for this issue?

I am on windows 7 too. My phone is the new Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc running 
android 2.3.2

this is log. I get the ping, just nothing shows up on my screen. But maybe i am 
missing something
