Encryption breaks TCP notification (Linux) #428

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup notification over cell network (or any non-UDP)
2. Enable encrytion

Instead of a working notification as with UDP with encr or cell without 
encrytion i can't see any notification.

Using Version 0.5.1 under Linux (debian/sid)

The android app seems works fine as I can see the TCP Traffic with tcpdump.
The encrypted datagrams send by UDP and TCP are also the same.
