IPv6 Private Server #160

If you are running a IPv6 DNS server and have it on Public Space, for example 
2001:470:xxxx::xxxx, then it is uploaded and not anonymized.

All system DNS servers, whether public or private, should be anonymized if not 
in the known DNS server list.
