What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.If you wait for a period of time in the HBC or System menu before loading 
CFG....
2.Black screen, or search the device count 98 seconds
3.Tested in 3 wii with the same problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Return to version 69 and this does not happen even if the HDD is inactive for a 
very long time

What version of the loader are you using?
v70(release)

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.2U

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?
HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?
NTFS

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)
cfg-222.dol

Does it work with other loaders?
Only use CFG

Does it work with the latest or an older version?
yes, v69 (release)
