Include intrinsics in the optimization #36

Optimization seems to work but it does not reach a perfect alignment even after a lot of time optimizing.

One possibility is that the intrinsics are not well computed. So lets include them in the optimization.

It works but I don't think that was the cause of a poor optimization ... take a look
