add bam 3, 4 and 5 binary releases for linux/mac/windows #22

@ChillerDragon bam was added to the repository only to help compile mods that require it. You would like these versions to be also available as an archived asset, right?

None of the supported or archived mods requires a different bam version than the one we already have.

Yea I see your point. I just think this would be a good place to store such bam binaries. Which bam version do you even serve? I did encounter mods that require different bam versions. The mac and windows part might be a bit out of scope since the repo only is working on specific linux distros anyways. But someone trying to play with old mods might appreciate to see it. If you think it is out of scope for this repo feel free to close the issue. Then I might create such bam-bin gh repo my self.

I don't mind adding the other versions to the repo, but I don't know where to find the other ones. I think the current one is bam4. By adding multiple versions, the compiling scripts should also be updated.

About adding bam for other operational systems, it does not make sense for this case, as the repo only supports Linux.
