add flag to specify --name-field other than "name" #29

done in my branch

Sometimes "name" is not all it's cracked up to be. For instance:

Label: City, State Label: Population Label: random calculated field

rather than changing column headings around, breaking link with master SHP file, just specify which column heading to use.
