Compability with Symfony 4 #33

Currently this package is incompatible with Symfony 4, due to composer.json:

        "symfony/console": "^2.0 || ^3.0",
        "symfony/event-dispatcher": "^2.0 || ^3.0"

Good point. I added the compat. a few commits ago and then removed it again because Travis stubbornly tried to install v4 even when on PHP 7 ...

But you're right, I'll make sure to add it again. Probably tomorrow.
