Website and phar disappeared #40

dephpend.com shows an apache default page.

https://phar.dephpend.com/dephpend.phar returns 404.

Just noticed phars are also published to github releases, so I'll use that for the moment.

Thanks @jakzal my server contract runs out in two days and somehow they were a bit too eager ...

Should work for now, but I'll move all the stuff over to GitHub pages so that these things don't happen again.
