Hello , Is it mandatory to use the hub? Can we directly use it with the RGB Bulb ( Tapo 530L).

Please let me know on this. Also I got Tapo TP-Link P110 . I saw http wrapper for python. How to use the same from within the c# api? Thanks

It depends on the device. As mentioned in the product description, L530 does not require a hub.
