captcha does not work http://747media.nl/sixpack/register.php do you know how to solve this problem?

It appears there was a problem with the url to the generated image. I have commited the fix. It should work after you replace this file https://github.com/ionutvmi/master-login-system/blob/master/lib/captcha/captcha.php
