File explorer/title theme #3

Right now when I select the Ocean Dark theme (which I love) this is what I see:

The file explorer and title colors kill me. It would be awesome if they had the same color scheme as the editor!

For reference, this is what my Atom setup looks like:

Notice the file explorer colors.

I'm not sure if we can change those colors at the moment in vscode.

I will keep this open until we will have a way to fix it.
