Add jsx to the list of files jsfmt should check #23

This caught us out today when trying to get this working.

So the only change you want to merge is adding the jsx extension there ?

I see you also added some custom plugins for personal use.

We decided this was a bad idea as not all users will have JSX hint plugins installed.
