Clouds + animations for each weather #35

I have made 3 clouds with animations. which I will show tomorrow. For now, I have sent them to Chris might be questionable if he sees them before tomorrow though.

Added three cloud models to my testFolder.

Deleted the clouds I added and added three new ones. As the deleted ones needed to be changed, I had to remake the Animations and UVs. Added 4 different materials for them so we can choose the ones we like the most.

Might add new formation clouds in the future.
