Updated the readme file with the requirements needed to run this plugin. Fixes #33. #55

Added another commit to add --plgx-prereq-net parameter to the build script. This will make KeePass show a detailed error message to the end-user (instead of a generic plugin incompatibility message). See here.

Reverted since adding this seems to break the plugin on Linux. image
