fix trivial issues #3

Hi! I found some issues for this package, please consider to merge it

I've decided against using Cask. bind-keys is shorter for my eyes and hands. I'll leave it like that. No need for .gitignore. I'm using prettify-symbols-mode. It might be the reason why the indent looks weird on your side.

Thanks for your PR, Naoya, but I've decided against pulling it in. If you're using this library, I'm very much interested in your user experience. Please consider creating an issue if you feel there is missing functionality or if you find any bugs.
