It can be found here - https://archive.org/details/MacintoshMania1 - it has completely different contents to the other MacMania 1. Its readme file reveals that it's from 1995.

This is what I initially thought earlier today (wrong) :

This is CD 1 of 6 from the Macintosh Mania set from the Dutch company Haarlems Uitgeef Bedrijf B.V. What "other MacMania 1" CD are you referring to? If you're referring to CDROM AKTIEF MAC SPECIAL which is also named Mac Mania 1 on ARCHIVE.ORG and is included in the 6 CD set on that page https://archive.org/details/mac-mania-2 then I believe it's a mistake from the uploader. The link you provided in your message above is the real first CD of the 6 CD set while the volume labelled "CD ROM Aktive" from the same Dutch company is not part of the 6 CD set. It's written in the "Lees.Mij" file at the root of the CD, it's not a Mac Mania CD, it's a different set by itself and it's named "CDROM AKTIEF MAC SPECIAL".

You can see in the various ARCHIVE.ORG pages where the CD jewel case pictures have been uploaded that the first CD of the 6 CD set is named "MacintosH Mania" with the capital H, but if you look in the page that you've linked in your message above, it has this capital H on the CD picture [edit: both Mac Mania 1 and CDROM Aktive have the capital H, but it doesn't matter since the read me file still clearly states that this is "CDROM AKTIEF MAC SPECIAL"] and I'm sure that this is the CD that goes in the first jewel case on this page: https://archive.org/details/mac-mania-2

...But after downloading all the files from ARCHIVE.ORG and comparing them with the ones we have on MR, it looks like I'm mistaken! The volume named "CDROM Aktive" is actually Mac Mania CD 1. What I don't understand is that this CD picture is completely unrelated to any of the 6 CD and I wonder if this could be another company releasing the same Mac Mania 1 CD but with the CD face and read me files in English instead of Dutch? : Macintosh_Mania_1

Mac Mania CD 1 ("CDROM Aktive") is this picture: disc_macmania1

If you open one of your Mac Mania 1 CD images and the Mac Mania 2 CD, you will find that they contain identical files, so one of your Mac Mania 1 CD is effectively named wrong. It's Mac Mania 2.

Also, the CD images on ARCHIVE.ORG are not pristine and have hidden files dated from 2021, not that it truly matters, but they're not pristine.

Sorry, I didn't check disk 2. The one with the half-beige label is one I have a copy of, and I was unfamiliar with the others. You can mark this as closed.
