CD-ROM does not support Audio CD nor PC formatted discs #232

Audio CD raw dumps do not play, and PC formatted discs for it's time period, which should load, do not. They all appear as a blank audio cd with one track corrupted due to being completely empty.

For now this is being tracked as part of #166 (the Red Book support bit).
