Locally Built copy missing "The Outside World"

Again, I hate to be opening pointless issues that probably have a really simple solution, but in my locally built copy, "The Outside World" folder is missing, so I can't upload files to the emulator. Am I just missing something really simple here?

It depends on which emulator/machine you're using. Only Basilisk II and SheepShaver support it, which translates to the Mac IIfx, Quadra 650, Power Mac 9500, and Power Mac G3 (B&W). The thing is is that it shows up on the same version on infinitemac.org, but not in any version on my build.

Specifically which OS and machine are you running? When it launches, can you open up the browser console and include what it says for the "Generated emulator prefs" option? That extfs option there is what controls the presence of the "The Outside World" option (it should be included in the default prefs, but perhaps the file has modifications in your checkout).
