Create an English version of the document

An English version of the document should be created, so English-speaking programmers starting in Slovenia might find use in the document.

Watch out for the following:

• links that contain Slovene language (Facebook links, podcast links, ...)
• change Slovene Wikipedia links (if there are any) to English ones
• mark Slovene links as "Slovene-only"
