Make notes private

I‘d like to make my shots public. But I don’t want to share my notes. They are verbose and not for interest to the public. Thus I’d appreciate an option to make notes private if everything else is public.

Thank you! Good idea to have two kinds of notes! But is it possible to move the notes of my existing 624 shots to private notes (maybe an easy search & replace job)? Otherwise I can't turn my profile to public.

@Chris-B73 probably no search on private notes because it would have to only search on yours and not others which would complicate search page significantly 😅

@miharekar, oops, so I can’t search my notes anymore 😱? I don’t want to complicate things further for you. I’ll have a look at the downloadable tcl files. Maybe I can search them locally.

@miharekar, you might have expected this answer because you know that the tcl files don't contain the notes ;-). But if I can't search my notes anymore my notes are quite useless. You might remember that I proposed tags for shots. You recommended to use tags in the notes and to search for those tags. I started to use this system. So I need to search my notes. I am sincerely sorry for causing you such inconvenience! But may I ask you to change my private notes to notes again? I already changed my profile back to private.
