Thanks so much for your work.

Unfortunately, this task is more complicated and requires some additional effort.

We need to determinate that:

• the only call is related to a fixture or test (see test-code-structure.html#skipping-tests).
• wait is placed in the test controller chain (not just a global variable)

The act statement is in effect only for testcafe-legacy-api while this eslint plugin does not cover legacy API.
