docs: Add install instructions from PyPI and version control #19

The badges won't show anything yet, but as soon as a deployment is made they will. :+1: 

* Add instructions to the README on how to install deepmem from PyPI and from a local copy of the version controlled source
* Add badges with PyPI metadata to the README
