The README will naturally get filled out with more detail as the project grows, but the more it is documented the better. A small thing that would be nice now is to have a PR that adds a link to @mihirkatare's IRIS-HEP fellowship page (maybe also grabbing the blurb as well) and also include the little NSF funding badge (c.f. https://github.com/scikit-hep/pyhf/pull/1022) in the README as well
