Add reading list doc #8

It would be good to document the reading that @mihirkatare has done for the project and his summary thoughts on the papers in a Markdown file in the repo. Maybe something like

$ mkdir reading
$ touch reading/README.md  # Place reading list here

This information is quite valuable unto itself, especially with @mihirkatare's expert thoughts and summaries that can help give guidance for writing up summaries of the entire project in the future.

I was planning on it being on main when you're done, so I'd just make a PR for it from whatever branch you're working on. :+1:
