Consider adding prev_post and next_post links #23

With the release of v0.6.0, there are now helpers to link to the previous and next page. This theme is pretty minimalist, and already has links to similar posts based on tags, however, this might be useful too.

Thoughts?

Hmm the demo page (http://demo.ghost.io/i-have-a-dream/ - scroll to the bottom) does look neat. I guess we could replace the use of ghostrelated with this. I wouldn't keep both. Not sure which one brings more value to the reader, though.
