It is necessary to update the IDocument when changing the project. Relevant for new versions of Eclipse.

I apologize for being unresponsive. The last few months have been "a bit busy", and in fact I think that will still be the case until end of August or so.

But I have a "window", and I promise I will take a look at this, integrate, and release.
