An unknown error occurred (-15000)

SonoAir successfully identifies my Sonos device, but when I try to send audio to it from iTunes by selecting the Sonos device, I get this error message:

An error occurred while connecting to the AirPlay device “Living Room (SonoAir)”. An unknown error occurred (-15000).
