Download Queue Reorder Broken

Steps to reproduce

1. Begin downloads, quantity requiring scrolling below screen size, more noticable with more downloads in the queue
2. Attempt to reorder a single download down the queue

Expected behavior

Dragging a chapter should reorder chapter downloads as positioned

Actual behavior

If you scroll down and begin to reorder, mihon will automatically jump to the top of the queue, item still floating. If you attempt to move the chapter down the queue, especially if scrolling down is needed, all chapters disappear, and reorder becomes close to impossible
