They are supposed to be downloaded without taking so long and without error symbols appearing.

It takes hours to download a manga, because the download restarts or because error symbols appear

Usually, issues around downloading chapters are either source/extension-related, or internet related.

Since Mihon doesn't have, associate, or provide any extensions, and Mihon doesn't host any content, this is probably a rate-limit from your source/extension, or you've been temporarily blocked by the source for too many requests:

Double-check with whoever maintains your extensions to see if this is something they imposed, or if it's a known issue with whatever source you're using
Try to download one at a time, or in batches, to reduce the amount of consistent requests sent to whatever sources
- Also consider using the "Download Ahead" feature paired with the "Delete after reading" feature in Mihon Settings > Downloads, to reduce the amount of requests & just a simple way to manage your downloads

It could be unstable internet connection that is causing this issue, but judging from your screenshot, how you had at least 10 chapters trying to download at once, it's most likely the above.

Another thing you could try to do is check if the chapters are downloaded properly, or if they broke/were corrupted while trying to download:

Go to your File Manager > Mihon folder > Downloads folder, check if there's any chapters with "_temp" in the name
- If there is, delete those chapters with "_temp" in the name, since they are most likely incomplete/broken/corrupted downloads (either internet or source-related issues as mentioned above)
If there isn't, or you've deleted the broken chapter downloads, go to Mihon Settings > Advanced > Invalidate downloads index, so the app rechecks your downloads
Now try downloading said chapters one by one, or in batches (if you removed broken chapters, or for future downloads)
