I would want it to have a differentiation internal tag when both items are from the same source but you want it to be added, like, i want to add two translations of the same manga and sources like MangaD*x can provide it, but i need to search each language in a different source or the app will think it is the same thing and override one from another.

But you can basically do that already?

You can just hit "Add" (see first picture), then both versions will be in your Library (see second picture). Then just enable the Language badge (see third picture, tap the Library icon twice or filter button at the top bar, then Display tab)
