Google Chrome : I want to be able to find my starred items in *all Google products* from Chrome Ombnibox (See #493) #496

Hello,

So this is a generalization of an Idea I got in Issue #493
(I hope that the word generalization exists, I'm french :-)

The idea comes from the fact that I have starred issue in many Google products :
- starred URLs in Google Chrome (that is, actual Bookmarks)
- starred files in Google Drive
- starred emails in gmail https://mail.google.com/mail/ca/u/0/#starred
- starred videos in YouTube 
- starred items in Google Code
- starred music tracks here 
https://play.google.com/music/listen#/ap/auto-playlist-thumbs-up
- "plusones" in Google+ (Google+ > Profile > +1 tab)
- starred subjects in Google Groups https://groups.google.com/forum/#!starred
- favorites in Google Books
- at a time, I had a "Starred items in Android" automatic group in Google 
Contacts, I'm not sure if it still exists
- probably a lot more that I forget

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to access easily your google starred items from Google Chrome's omnibox
2. Nope, it works only for Chrome Bookmarks !
3. Ok, add a bookmark to your already starred google items
4. Do that many times
5. Wait ? Isn't that a thing that Google could do automatically for me ?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want to be able to access all Google starred items from my Google Chrome 
Omnibox

Obviously, this could potentially pollute a user's omnibox, so this should be 
configurable in Chrome Settings
Something like this :

   Let Google Chrome suggest your Google starred items right from the Omnibox
      ( ) for every google product
      ( ) for no Google Product
      (X) for some Google products
           (X) Gmail
           (X) YouTube
           (X) Google Drive
           configure link goes here

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
