Wrong adress from latitude / longitude #605

The location for latitude 26.887204, longitude 80.989558

19/979, Sector 19, Indira Nagar
Lucknow, Uttarakhand 226016, India

is wrong I reported issue at

above  API gives the list of locations in which there is correct state
