What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add someone to "My Contacts" who has a Google Plus or Google Apps Domain
Profile
2. Export that contact to CSV in either Google or other format - say, for a
mail merge
3. Open the file, say, in Google Sheets
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the person's name in the name fields - just like it appears in
Google Contacts
Actually see the names are blank.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is a web service - running it today 12/22/2014

Please provide any additional information below.
If you go in an change the name - save it - and change it back - then you can
see it in an export. But there is no way - just looking at the contact record -
to know if you'll get the name in the export.
