Google Play needs Uninstall button #680

If the user's phone is off, and he clicks any app's install button there on the 
Google Play website, there is no way to stop installation when he later turns 
on phone.

If it is a evil app he mistakenly clicked on, then all he can do is not ever 
turn on his phone again, because the website provides no undo button.

P.S., the feedback form doesn't work there.
