中文toc跳转不生效 #43

中文toc目录跳转不生效，是怎么回事，英文的是可以的

页面中使用了视频或者音频播放器吗，我记得aplayer和dplayer好像会使锚点跳转无效，你看看已关闭的issues，好像有相关的
