Does not work on FF10.0.2 and IE9 #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I just downloaded your example zip and opened in FF and IE
2. it does work on Chrome and Safari
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pdf?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7 FF10.0.2, IE 9, Chrome 19.0.1055.1 dev-m

Please provide any additional information below.
